World Changing has an interview with Kevin Morrison, a US film maker who has made a doco on Kathryn Blume and her experience with participating in the Lysistrata Project. You can view the trailer here.
The film looks pretty interesting and I look forward to being able to see it here.
The interview itself is a good discussion about the intersections between art, politics and activism. I am one of those people who likes to demonstrate my oposition to the grey, banality of 'the inevitable' in creative ways so I was impressed to find more discussion of creativity as a political response tool.
I recommend a read.
