They also canceled Wonder Woman. Wonder why? Lmao Too strong of a female role. I blame the men running the company, producing garbage, making stupid decisions. Not too smart to alienate 52% of the population. Like kakariki wrote its not too hard to boycot Warner Brothers, I only saw one of their movies in the past 5 years, yet I buy at least a movie a week.

wow, those are their latest films? That's truly pathetic. I've seen one, Happy Feet cause it was made by Australians. But it was frighteningly human-centric, I hate to think what kids would get out of it.

I don't think a WB boycott is going to be a terribly hard thing to carry out.

I thought this bit was intriguing coz I'm kind of a fan of the Disney-is-part-of-all-evil school of think.

So I went to the site and checked out what movies Weaner Bros have done lately:

300 (racist softening up for attack on Iran)
The Ant Bully (I'm guessing Toy Story 17- pfft)
The Assasination of Jesse James (this got made?)
Duck Season (a frikkin Bugs Bunny movie?)
The Fountain (actually awesome - Rachel Weisz, ha!)
Happy Feet (no genitals on screen, hard to say)
Lady In the Water (blame the script not the bits)
The Lake House (that sounds so fucking imaginative, i can't imagine why i haven't heard of it before. Is this part of the addictive Road Plane, Air Boat series?)
Poseidon (fat, whingeing, and predictably doomed in an unnecessary remake does not a lead role make)
The Promise (jesus f&%$ Weaners - for movie title ideas, see Clerks when the little girl's mother asks for a copy of The Cute and Fluffy Bunnies while the dude is on the phone)
A Scanner Darkly (Keanu Reeves anime right? we're talking The Bohemian Matrix? That has to have made some money from people who get so 'wow' about American cinema whenever it does something other than sell cereal and watches. I should know. I bought the sunglasses.)
Superman Returns (for Lois Lane. No Lois, no Clark. . . . hmmmm)
The Wicker Man (continuing the traumatic defilement of classic movies... and of Nicolas Cage)

I don't get why they're picking on women, instead of picking on shitty remakes, bad titling, desperate clinging to a contextually irrelevant past, and a refusal to cash in on awesome art as they instead attempt to screw the last few mbillion dollars that they possibly can from fisting Bugs Bunny.

And Rachel Weisz is thoroughly hot.

btw.

Wow, that is seriously crap. Kinda bizarre, given that it is indeed 2007.
