Lately the saying ‘one man’s terrorist is another man’s freedom fighter’ has been coming to mind a fair bit. Ignoring the gender stupidity of that statement, I finally got motivated to make something in that vein. Actually I made this a little while ago but haven’t gotten around to posting this until now.
So I got a whole pile of crafty stuff through Melbourne freecycle and one of the many exciting things was a tshirt that had been cut off just below the arm pits (god knows why…). So I decided to put one of the sleeves to good use by making a wrist cuff out of it.

I reckon this is what Rosa would call sofisti-cuffs eh?
I used 11 count aida cloth as my grid guide so the font is quite small. I think this one might have to take the trip over the Tasman for some upcoming dumb-ass trials.
