I sublimate my rage… revisited

In january i finished a cross stitch based on a qoute I found at bitterstitch.com, but never felt completely happy with it. Now I’ve finished a new version of the same quote, and I like it so much better! I love the colour combination and this version feels much more balanced than the first one.

The finished size is about 35 x 40 cm and both the font and the edging comes from Antique pattern library.

    Tank you!

I haven’t decided exactly what to do with it yet, but I think I’ll simply hang it on the wall in some way.

I think I got the parts of it from one or a couple of the scanned books at http://www.antiquepatternlibrary.org

But I’m afraid I don’t remember which ones I found it in, I tried to find them again but to no success. :/

Something about the combo of colours & font & intricate detail captures the quote perfectly - as though each stitch really has been fuelled by harnessed anger - well done
