And as far as ameliorating these kids actions,anytime anyone is driven to such extremes by bullying and the approval of such bullying by the community, it should be brought out into the spotlight. I've got some photo-realist bums on my bedroom wall and it pleases me immensely to think of them being lovingly and pain-stakingly painted. Photo-realist cross-stitch just magnifies the dedication required and, for me, that's what makes this so powerful - for the artist to have undertaken to live with such disturbing subject matter for such a length of time is remarkable and speaks of a strong motivational force.
